SO... WHAT ARE WE GETTING INTO?
Could be a dinner. Could be a trip. A conversation, a dance floor or something completely unexpected.
That's the point.
This is where you'll find everything happening in the Playground.

This is where it started.
For nine years, Bring BK Back has been part of bringing Brooklyn back to the dance floor.
What started as the kind of party we wanted to attend became a destination for grown folks who still wanted to dance, connect and have a damn good time.
At the intersection of culture, Black joy and adult fun, we built more than a day party. We built a community and created a space where people could show up, let go and feel like they belonged.
Bring BK Back is our signature day party.
The party that started the Playground.

Come with your People.
Some days call for the middle of the dance floor.
Others call for a table, your crew and a bottle nearby.
When the experience calls for a table, we'll have one waiting.
The Playground is bigger than the party.
An intimate dinner. A house party. A conversation. A new city. A dance floor. A plane ticket.
Different rooms. Different places. Different ways to play.
Pretty People Playground creates experiences for people who are curious about life and serious about joy.
Different experiences. Same Playground.
PPP Dinners Good food. Good people. Better conversation. PPP Travels The Playground has no zip code. PPP Conversations The conversations we usually have after everybody else leaves. PPP Experiences The conversations we usually have after everybody else leaves.
Two best friends. One idea. Nine years later...
Bring BK Back started in 2017 with two best friends, Angelica + Leona, who simply wanted to create the kind of party they wanted to go to.
Good music. Good people. Brooklyn energy. A room where you could show up, let your hair down, dance, laugh, meet somebody new and actually feel like you belonged there.
So we created it.
What started as a party became something neither of us could have completely planned: a community. Friendships were made. Relationships started. Birthdays were celebrated. People came alone and left with new friends. And year after year, you kept coming back.
Nine years later, we're still best friends, still creating together and, maybe most importantly, still curious.
Curious about what else we can experience together. Where we can go. What we can learn. Who we can meet. What happens when you put good people, different perspectives, culture, food, travel, conversation, music and joy in the same room.
That curiosity is what created Pretty People Playground.
Bring BK Back isn't going anywhere. It's part of our story and one of the ways we play.
But the Playground gives us room for everything that's coming next.
Two best friends had a vision.
Turns out, we were only getting started. 🤎
Meet the Founders
Angelica Green
Angelica Green is a first-generation, born-and-raised Brooklynite with Panamanian roots and a lifelong love of style, culture, community and connection.
With decades of experience in the fashion and beauty industries, she has built a career around making people feel seen, welcomed and inspired.
Today, she brings that same instinct for connection to her work as a New Jersey Realtor, helping New Yorkers and people from near and far discover the possibilities of putting down roots in New Jersey while staying connected to everything they love about New York.
Angelica is also the co-founder of Bring BK Back, created alongside her best friend, Leona, from a simple idea: to create the kind of space they wanted to be in, one where people could come together, let their hair down and genuinely connect.
That same curiosity and love of bringing people together now continues through Pretty People Playground.
From Brooklyn to New Jersey, fashion to real estate, Angelica has always had a common thread: people, connection and creating spaces where they feel like they belong.
Leona Wilson
Barbados-born. Brooklyn-rooted. Entrepreneur, cultural curator and professional starter of things.
For more than 20 years, I've built businesses and communities around beauty, movement, culture and connection, from LW Salon to 718 Pilates to Bring BK Back.
I'm curious by nature, big on community, and still figuring out what I want to be when I grow up.
Pretty People Playground is another chapter of that curiosity, a place to meet people, try things, go places, have conversations and keep playing.
Because adulthood was never supposed to mean we were done becoming. 🤎
Come play with us.
We collaborate with brands and partners that understand culture, community and the value of creating memorable experiences in real life.
From event partnerships and activations to travel, hospitality, food, beauty, wellness and lifestyle collaborations, if it makes sense for our people, we're interested.
